100X remote control float valve structure features and uses
The 100X remote control float ball valve consists of a main valve, a needle valve, a ball valve, a float valve, a micro filter, etc., which is composed of a hydraulic control take-over system. After setting, the liquid level is automatically controlled.
The remote control float valve directly uses the liquid level control, does not require other devices and energy, is easy to maintain, has high liquid level control accuracy, is not affected by water pressure, and is reliable in sealing.
This series of remote control float valve products are widely used in the liquid level control of water towers, pools and other facilities in water supply pipe network systems such as high-rise buildings and living areas.
Remote floating valve working principle
When the pipe feeds water from the inlet end, since the needle valve, the ball valve and the float ball valve are normally open, the water enters the pool through the micro filter, the needle valve, the control room, the ball valve, and the float ball valve, and the control chamber does not form pressure, the main The valve is opened and the water tower (pool) is supplied with water.
When the water level of the water tower (pool) rises to the set height, the float floats to close the remote control float valve, the water pressure in the control room rises, the main valve is closed, and the water supply stops. When the water surface drops, the remote control float valve is re-opened, the water pressure in the control room drops, and the main valve is opened again to continue the water supply, maintaining the set height of the liquid level.
